Stage II Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia?
I have been diagnosed with Stage 2 Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. I was wondering if anyone can perhaps tell me what to expect? I am starting Chemo tomorrow and will run a three times a week for four weeks cycle.

Wikipedia has so much info on CLL that you just need to check it for yourself here's a link
Chemo responds a little different in most people so you will just have to adjust as it comes. It is ok at the beginning but toward the end of the treatment is when many of the symptoms of chemo toxicity start what you have is vary treatable and you should come out just fine. Best wishes.Source(s): Lymphoma Survivor

It really depends on what type of leukemia he has and his treatment. During my leukemia, I couldnt work at all. But my great aunt works part time during her treatment, and I have a friend who has another type who is working near full time. Now, even with his treatment and type allowing him to do that, he should back off a little and give his body time to rest. But for many people, its a catch 22. Have to pay the bills regardless of cancer, which means you have to work. I would just say to encourage him to talk to his doctor about his work schedule.
