Family Members in French?

If I were to say "Aunt Lois" in French, would I write "Tante Lois"?

Also, if I were to say 'Renee's friend' could I write "Le copine de Renee?"

    => La copine de Renée (feminine)

    Le copain de Renée masculine)

    or

    L'amie de Renée (feminine)

    L'ami de Renée (masculine)

    you are totally right except for the le it's a la when it's a girl
