It's a little hard to meet your request, since the imperialism of the PRC (China) is ongoing.

I don't know how Truth T. got that map.
All maps before the XX century around the globe show Tibet, Mongolia and Xinjiang as part of China. And where did Taiwan go?
The Chinese territory before Imperialism of Europe was pretty much the same as today, plus today's Mongolia and part of Russia and Central Europe.
Apart from that, Korea, Vietnam and some other nations where Chinese tribute countries, which paid tax to China and traded for military protection.
This is a map from the western world, in case some would shout Chinese propaganda. The dotted lines represent Chinese borders today.

Here's a map that you might find useful
This map shows the approximate areas of "occupied Tibet", "occupied East Turkestan" and "occupied Mongolia". If these occupied territories were liberated from the authoritarian rulers of China, China would reduce to less than half of its present size.Source(s): http://www.tdaxp.com/archive/2005/10
