I am having a hard time explaining how each of the seven steps in the HR scorecard help create a strategy oriented HR system.
Update: Also, before I get more read the text book, I have, thus where I found them and it does explain what each one is, it just does not explain how they help to create a strategy oriented HR system. I have even tried Google.
