You can see at the end beautiful beaches with white sand and crystal water,do beaches in Florida are beautiful like that??Do pollution in FL affects them??Do Florida's beaches are like on the video or dark ugly water? Do polution in FL affects the beauty of those beaches.?? Is the oil spill affecting thoses beaches??

    To answer your question, yes.

    Florida has outstanding clean beaches and given the right weather, the water looks like this.

    I can speak from first hand experience that the beaches from Vero Beach - Miami Beach on the Atlantic Coast, and the Beaches from Naples - St. Petersburg on the West Coast, and the Keys are clean, sandy, and gorgeous. I have heard they are this way in the rest of the state where I have not visited.

    Now, when there are thunderstorms as there are in the Summer rainy season for a few hours a day in many places, the water can look very grey. "Dark Ugly" water can occur here when it is overcast outside. And Florida has its occasional Hurricane. The beaches can look scary when one hits, but you know when they are coming.

    But Florida beaches are clean and gorgeous, and almost always free of pollution.
