Basically, take a normal McDonald's menu.
Add McKebab, McShawarma, and McFalafel, like you have done. Do note that not all McDonald's in Israel have these items.
Subtract items containing bacon, and throw out the idea of ordering a cheeseburger at many locations in Israel. Especially in locations with the Kosher (כשר) sign on the McDonalds.
And, you have your Israeli McDonalds.
They are just like a regular McDonalds, some of them do serve bacon or cheeseburgers, but only expect these in really secular places, and even then don't count on encountering them.
In Kosher McDonald's, also expect a partition to get the Meat and the Dairy, as per Jewish law. They keep Kosher certification this way, where you can only buy meat products (and of course drinks that aren't milk and french fries and anything non-dairy) on one side and the McFlurries and other dairy things on the other. However, these are not all the McDonalds in Israel. It's just something to notice and account for.
