Your wife/gf is chatting with a female friend. Nothing to worry about.

Ok. i dont get most of it but i understand a bit of ilocano. so she is chatting with a female friend about her new chatmate who is also a Filipino. who is also her enemy for being inconsiderate and is annoying. she joked about shifting ti a foreigner chatmate. meaning she would rather chat with a foreigner. she also was surprised to learn that her friend(the one she is chatting with in this convo) speaks ilocano and the person( her enemy) she chats with is from the nearby province who speaks her mom`s dialect. she mustve found that out when the enemy posted a comment on a friend`s wall. but she couldnt understand the dialect.

Short translation is change your chatmate because you cannot have a good communication.
