Is there a statute of limitations on getting $ back on Unauthorized ACH withdrawals?

I had 12, YES 12, unauthorized ACH withdrawals from Paypal on my Credit Union checking account. 3 of them in August, 3 in Sept, and 6 in October of 2010. I don't use that account so each of those cost me a NSF fee. Fortunately money wasn't in there so the charges weren't paid. I am putting in the forms to my CU today showing each was unauthorized.

Should I be able to get those charges refunded even though it's been a while since they happened?

It depends on the terms of your Credit Union checking account. Mine says I have 60 days from the statement date to dispute a transaction. Look on the back of your statement, the terms for disputing transactions might be printed there as well.
