im not " fat" but im kinda chubby, and a bit unfit, i can grab a fair amount of fat on my stomache when i sit down,
Im planning to go on a strict diet, and tigh tworkout schedual consisting of at least 1 hour of cardio a day and 3 x a week ab workout??
do you rekcne its possible???
