Is Ciara, Kira/Kyra and Kayla low or high class names?

Ciara- if it's like "See-R-Uh" then I'd say low
Ciara- if it's like "Kee-R-Uh" then I'd say high

Ciara pronounced properly as Keer-uh sounds pretty and exotic but still respectable. When pronounced as See-air-uh it sounds tacky and irresponsible.
Kira/Kyra looks and sounds immature but it isn't the worst I've heard.
As for Kayla, I don't think it's a bad name but I guess I'm slightly biased because that is my name and I have a high level of education. However I don't think the name itself inspires a lot of confidence especially considering the name didn't really become popular until the early 90's and I was born in 1985. When I speak to clients over the phone they often ask how I got the position I have considering I'm so young. They assume, by my name, I'm still in high school.

all names are pretty/educated every name in the world is pretty/educated thinking low of some ones name is just plain rude those names are fine:l.
