Gluten free beef stir-fry?

With the job that I have, I need to cook dinner for people. I'm not working at my regular place tonight and I need to make gluten free beef stir-fry. But there doesn't seem to be many ingredients at all in the cupboard. There is olive oil, they have onions, some herbs and there is soy sauce. Would a beef... show more With the job that I have, I need to cook dinner for people. I'm not working at my regular place tonight and I need to make gluten free beef stir-fry. But there doesn't seem to be many ingredients at all in the cupboard. There is olive oil, they have onions, some herbs and there is soy sauce. Would a beef stir-fry taste okay with just using soy sauce as the main ingredient? How much soy sauce? (dinner for 7 people).
Update: Sorry forgot to mention the soy sauce is a gluten free one.
