If my ears got infected when they were pierced, will my belly button piercing get infected too?

It will get infected if you dont clean it

if you don't take care of it properly yes. Or if you still took care of it and they still got infected then you may have a metal allergy, but your belly piercing should be fine because the metals they use for piercings like that is usually tolerated by those with metal allergies (like me)
