Possible Oil Leak 2003 Hyundai Elantra From Oil Tank gasket?

Now I am not entirely sure on this, I as MUCH car work as I reasonably possible can. However this time I am not sure about this one:

Near my Oil or "Oil pan" the main bottom square, there is literally painting of oil around it. Now the oil goes down in level, very slowly, I have already replaced the valve cover gasket so the top of my engine is nice and clean. It''s only around my oil tank. Now, could that be the gasket? Or could it be the oil pressure sensor? I just cannot tell, but i really seems to me its the oil gasket tank seal. Or oil Pan gasket. The car has 150K miles on it... so..

It could be either, clean it off and watch where it comes from.
