United Nations- Lebanon?
In school, we are doing United Nations and the topic is Children in Armed Conflict. (children participating, or being forced into military/war, children being affected by war, etc.) Our country is Lebanon. I'm writing the position paper and I've researched an incredible number of things but can't seem to find the answers to some remaining questions I have.
What actions does Lebanon feel are necessary to the problem?
How does Lebanon feel about actions that have already been taken to solve the problem?
What actions would Lebanon like to see the international community take to solve the problem?
If anyone can answer and describe any one of these questions in as much detail and include as much information as you can, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! :)

The UN has had no effect in conflicts all over the world - the UN fled in Africa and Iraq when there was real fighting.
Lebanon has just fallen to the Hezbollah Army (indirectly controlled by Khamenei):
Quotes: "A period of rebuilding that followed was shattered by a series of traumatic events: the 2005 assassination of Rafik Hariri, a former prime minister" The UN investigation showed Hezbollah was the assassin!
"In January 2011, Hezbollah forced the collapse of the government,"
"Two weeks later, Hezbollah rounded up the votes needed to form a new government with its own prime minister, culminating the generation-long ascent of the Shiite Muslim movement from shadowy militant group to the country’s pre-eminent political and military force. "
HEZBOLLAH CONTROLS LEBANON! !
Sharia Law will prevail and the UN is again USELESS!
The main stream media seems to ignore this major event = political correctness???
EDIT: Years ago Lebanon used to be a Christian Nation - Now Christians will be hunted down and KILLED again as they were when the Islamics first take control!

a substantial reason is that Lebanon is a key participant interior the midsection east. no longer in basic terms in commerce, yet political power interior the area. A buffer and moderator for Syria. The civil conflict befell in th e 80's with diverse factions. Israel supported the Christian protection tension together as different factions have been supported by ability of different Arab states. you will discover greater approximately this on Wikipedia.
