Which congruence test can be used to prove that triangle GHJ = triangle LKJ?

Its a bad picture but i didn't know how to explain it, in my textbook thats what it looks like but the triangles are congruent.

I think its SAS, but i don't know. Please help!

    since GH//KL [both are perpendicular to line GL]

    <JKL=<JHG

    <HGJ=90º=<JLK

    Therefore the third angle is also equal, since the sum of the interior angles in a triangle =180º

    given HJ=JK, both triangles are congruent. ASA
