How pakistan is internally?
I don't know much about how pakistan is internally? Is it a failed state as they show in media? Is there terrorism? Why is there war with India? Are people of Pakistan happy being enemies with India? Do you think what your politicians tell about India is true? Are you happy with the healthcare, income etc..?

Pakistan is a country which was built upon false foundations as was India. Pakistan's northwestern Pashtun regions and Balochistan had their own seperate nations/states dissolved by the British using the doctrine of divide and conquer. They were both close to becoming seperate states and to this day laregely maintain their independence from the rest of the country in their own provinces Pashtunkhwa, Balochistan and the FATA region with Afghanistan; the other two provinces of Sindh and Punjab are inhabited by Punjabis, Siraiks, Sindhis and Muhajirs whom Indians bordering these areas are related to. Because the distinction and division along ethnic lines is very distinct between the areas west and east of the Indus river, the country has been prone to foreign interference since India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Iran were carved intentionally in such a manner to be interfered with. The British left behind their legacy in the Pakistan army which continues to be the most powerful institution in the country. Simply put the army maintain old Britsh era tactics to keep the country as it is; hoping to prevent other events of seccession like Bangladesh. Pakistan is not a failed state because it was never much of a state to begin with. If the army fails then so will the country. Currently the army is being given conditional aid to continue operations against militants in the FATA region which have seen indiscriminate US predator drone strikes that have resulted in the deaths of mostly innocents including women and children. In retaliation these people are now warring against the Pakistan government which has seen militancy rise in region due to the sole fact that if the government can kill innocent people living in an autonomous region, then what's to stop them from doing the same to people who live under their control. But the situation is excarbated with US, Nato and Indian involvement in funding many of the groups that have formed. That sentence probably answers the war against India question. But I refuse to believe that the situation is as bad as the media claim it is. Also, if you're talking about the Mumbai bombings then make no mistake, neither the Pakistan government nor its military had anything to do with it. They already had enough to deal with along the western frontiers. It was a CIA effort to try and create hostilities between the then new Pakistani government and India to prevent the Iran-Pakistan-India oil pipeline deal or a solution on Kashmir from happening. Why? Because the main beneficaries of this would be China, and as the next force in the global arena they pose a massive threat to the proponents of Anglo-American dominated globalization. I know for a fact that most Pakistanis, including politicians couldn't care less about India and those who do have an opinion live east of the Indus river,as I mentioned before, are the people who are related to the Indians. Pakistan is currently going through an economic crisis, its mainly due to the farcical war on terror they entered into under US pressure and greed by then president Musharaf to possibly stock up on arms. Hope that answers your question.Source(s): Historian, anthropologist

You can check 'The Lawless Frontier' by Robert Kaplan at The Atlantic which has a nice view of the situation almost 12 years ago and its predictions are still applicable. There must be others. What Indians see as Pakistan, a single entity is mostly Punjabi Pakistan and to some extent Sindh mainly Karachi and a bit of North West Frontier Province mostly Peshawar. There are many areas of Pakistan which don't care either about Pakistan as a nation or India for that matter.

Pakistan is a country of immense resources. The problem is that we have chosen corrupt politicians as our leaders. We don't want war with anyone. The founder of Pakistan, Mr. Muhammad Ali Jinnah wanted to see Pakistan's relations with India similar to the relations between the US and Canada. However, the problem is that India has never accepted Pakistan as a separate nation. They have been trying to destroy Pakistan so that they can create a 'Greater India'. Hence we have no option but to be ready for the worst. A common Pakistani would never want war with anyone. You can email me for more information.
