It's pronounced: Ick how von yow. (Ik hou van jou means "I love you" in Dutch.) "Je" is subjective, "jou" is the object.

Je t'aime is I love you in French. (Pronounced juh tem.)

Source(s): American married to a Dutch man and living in Belgium (speaking Dutch and French). In Spanish I've been told it's Yo te amo or Yo te quiero.
