Why Does fox news Endlessly Exploit Obama's middle nam. They never called President Bush " George Walker Bush"?

Even after he's been elected, they go on and on about Barack Hussein Obama. It's pretty clear they are trying to push his middle name out as much as possible. Which Isn't a problem because after all it's the guys middle name. But what confuses me is why have they never referred to Our previous president's full name? Why didn't they ever call him George Walker Bush. Or Refer to Ronald Reagan as Ronald Wilson Reagan? Or Bushes dad as George Herbert walker Bush??? The point being, what difference does it make? Why Does a Republican News Network feel the need to use it over and over again, what are they trying to accomplish by throwing his middle name out every 2 seconds with republicans?
