Are there any good Taoist meditation guides?

Any especially good for beginner meditation? I've read quite a few from Buddhist books, but Buddhism has a slightly different outlook than Taoism.

Thanks!

Update:

Hinduism also has a different outlook than Taoism. Even if Taoism did form from Hinduism, it's still different. I do prefer the Taoist teachings. But thank you.

Here's an online guide to a variety of Taoist meditation techniques:

Many of the internal martial art forms, such as Tai Chi and Chi Kung, originated in the Taoist tradition. These are essentially Taoist movement meditations, with a variety of healing and/or health-giving properties.

Thomas Cleary, who has translated many important Buddhist texts from Chinese into English, has published "Taoist Meditation," a compilation of meditation techniques. Cleary is - by far - the best and most reliable source of information on Chinese contemplative traditions.

Amazon has a downloadable MP3 of Taoist meditation for only $0.89! I know nothing about the author, but it might be worth listening to:

And, of course, Amazon lists a variety of other Taoist meditation guides. I can't recommend any of them, only because I'm not familiar with the authors. But if you read the reviews, you might find one suitable to your interests.

You really need to check out "The Depth Factor" meditation program, it's the best, it's been voted as the number 1 meditation program made so far. Here is their official web-site: http://www.thedepthfactor.net

It combines binaural beats and ancient meditation techniques to deliver the best meditation experience. This is perfect course for a beginner or an intermediate. Good luck!
