You can be healthy, if you eat one apple every day. or

You can always get healthier by eating an apple every day.

That two sentences are not correct

    Gladie’s answer is good.

    Alternatively, you can say:

You can stay healthy if you eat an apple every day.

You can remain healthy if you eat an apple every day.

“everyday” is an adjective and “every day” is an adverbial phrase.
