Dictionary/Thesaurus/Bilingual Dictionary text file?

Question

Im looking for a text file or database that has all the English words with the definition, synonyms and/or translation (preferably to Afrikaans, but another language could work too)

I know you get those dictionary text files that have all the words in the English dictionary like this

but this doesn't provide the synonyms, definitions or translations =/ so no help.. anyone know of anything else?

Update:

need a TEXT file that I can use for my I.T project, I must write a dictionary, thesaurus,spell check, translator application and i cant make the application access the internet in any way

A quick easy way to translate is via Google

It supports the Afrikaans language.
