請教英文高手達人~我想要修改我的英文文章!!

Doyou what to make your body more healthier and look more younger? Doyou know it is so many virus and bacteria in our environment?TodayI want to tell you how to purify your body. It is very important to everyone. Toxinsare also in the environment, incigarette smoke, drugs,medications and virtually everything. 1.drink more water~ To drink a glass of water everyday in the morning. As soon aspossible After you wake up. Because if you do not drink water enough. You willhave a lot of metabolism waste and toxin in your body.2.do exercise every day~ You can drink a glass of vegetable juice before you workout. no matter you choose runningor fast walking. As long as you do exercise more than 20 minutes every times,it will drain body wastes away from your body.3.eat breakfast in the morning~ it is very important to eat breakfast every day.It can give you more energy and refreshyour brain. Or you can drink aglass of yogurt when you eat breakfast. 4.sleep well~ if you want your body more healthier and looks like more younger.You should go bed to sleep earlier. If you don’t sleep enough. It will effecton your body function. 5. to release your emotion~ love, hatred,and grief are emotions. We need to learn how to control our emotion. You canmake yourself cry or laugh. Both are good way to relax your body and get rid ofyour bad emotion.6. to take a hot bath~ If you want to relax your body and warm your body. You can take a hotbath before you go to sleep. Itcan increase your metabolism on your body. You also can put a drop of lavenderessential oil to your hot bath. Theessential oil contains to a lot of function.

    This website has this inexplicable problem with pasting... all this time we have been coming here .. It is a disgrace for the site managers not fixing this problem .. So many 軟體高手 in Taiwan, 為什麼這麼小的問題都無法解決 ?
