There are 6 different time zones in the United States they are Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska and Hawaii Aleutian time. Minnesota is in the Central time zone which is 1 hour behind Eastern time. I have included a map showing the different time zones. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:US-Timezones.svg
