Colostrum!! Loaded with antibodies, acts as a prebiotic, heals your gut and 'leaky gut syndrome'... awesome stuff. And especially good if you've been on antibiotics recently.
Also, probiotics, to repopulate your bowel flora with the good guys after you've wiped everything out.
Echinacea (get a combo with E. angustifolia and E. purpurea, and make sure it's liquid and that when you try a drop on your tongue, it tingles or goes vaguely numb - the tinglier it goes, the more potent it is, as the active components have that effect)
