I LOVE chicken, my family think there's something wrong with me because i have it every night.
When i'm forced to alternate though, i have
-Tuna salad with thai sweet chill sauce as a dressing
-Veggies from frozen (peas, carrots, sweetcorn etc etc) With fish. I buy frozen fish because you can just conveniently heat it up when you like. I like whitefish, but my mom says cod has more flavor.
They are also boneless normally.
-Pasta bake - make pasta, choose a sauce, sprinkle cheese on after it is cooked and pop in the oven/grill for the final effect
-Country vegetable pie - just chop veggies like carrots, swede, onion (anything) and ad into a greased baking dish with peas or anything else Top with mashed potato and oven bake. Really simple and tasty, serve with gravy.
-HONEY ROASTED PARSNIPS. yumyumyumyumyumyumyumyumyum. I have them every night too...
-Spag bol, or any pasta dish. Maybe serve with a salad or soup.
-Soup and garlic bread
Anything with potatoes. Beans and baked potato, or a roast dinner etc.
Make breakfast for dinner?
I ADORE an Omlette stuffed with peppers, served with fried bread and baked beans + peas!
Obsessive over peas, chicken and honey roasted parsnips.
