Other Telescopic eye (including Black Moor), Celestial and Bubble-eye are all equally as impaired in speed and sight. One may argue that all fancies are compatible but this isn't really true. A Ryukin, Fantail, Lionhead, Ranchu or Oranda will easily see food further away and outrun the telescopic.

Other telescope eye (or other fancy) goldfish. Because telescope goldfish have sensitive eyes, that can be easily injured, and because they are slower swimmers.. They should be kept with others with the same "problems".
A single fancy goldfish needs a 20 gallon tank. Each additional goldfish after the first needs an additional 10 gallons.
1 fancy goldfish = 20 gallons
2 fancy goldfish = 30 gallons
3 fancy goldfish = 40 gallons

Telescope eye goldfish are usually quite bad swimmers and they need tank mates which will swim slow with them. If you keep fast comets with telescopes, the comets will get to the food first and the telescopes will unlikely get any food.
A species-only tank for these fish is your best option, but they could be kept with other slow-swimming fancy goldfish, such as pearlscales or orandas. No comets or commons.
