Depends on whether your question can be answered in the prism of reality (where Nazi's were EXTREME right-wingers) or within the bizzaro world of the conservative mind (where anything they don't like, which is anything moderate or liberal, is equated to nazi-is).
I'm assuming your "conservatives love Jews remember" comment is tongue in cheek.
On a side note, because it really doesn't apply here - Mein Kampf is a historical document, as well, so the fact that someone owns or reads it doesn't mean that they endorse it. I might read the Communist Manifesto because it is a document that had a huge impact on world history, and maybe I want to actually be informed about what it actually says before throwing around terms like "Marxist" "communist" or "socialist." Actually, for that reason, I wish that the people so quick to throw around those labels would actually read Marx's Manifesto, so at least they can do so in an informed manner.
Hey Sophie - don't know how to break it to you, but White Nationalist doesn't even begin to sniff the left side of the political spectrum. It may not be mainstream conservative, but it is conservative.
