Recommend me some really depressing music?

Funeral doom etc. Just stuff that makes you feel empty and hopeless.

I'm going to be volunteering at the suicide hotline and I need some depressing music to play to the callers. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I think I'll just loop elevator music and pretend that they're on hold until they hang up. I figure it will work just as well. Anyone know some good elevator music?

    Trust me with this.

Listen to this albums I recommend to you:

    1-Lacrimas Profundere(Gothic Doom Metal):1-La Naissance D'un Reve(1997)

    2-Draconian(Gothic Doom Metal):1-When Lover's Mourn(2003)

    2-The Burning Halo(2006)

    3-My Dying Bride(Doom Metal):1-Turn Loose The Swans(1993)

I think that Gothic Doom is more depressing than Funeral Doom,It's more touching.

Check out these funeral doom bands:

    -Evoken (favorite)

    -Shape Of Despair

    -Mournful Congregation

Oh, and the song For My Fallen Angel by My Dying Bride is pretty depressing, although they're not funeral doom, just death doom.

Shouldn't you play happy music for sad people?

I think the old IRA tunes like "Come out ye black and tans" and "Joe McDonnell" are fairly depressing, oh, and anything by "Coldplay"
