How often should someone of my weight & age exercise?
I'm a 20 year old female, 5'4" and 104-ish pounds. I don't want to lose weight or anything like that, but I was wondering how often I should exercise to stay healthy. I eat VERY healthy (eating at least 1800 calories per day) and try to exercise on an elliptical as often as possible.....about 5-6 days per week for 40-45 minutes. This is only my 2nd week of exercising. I did not exercise yesterday and do not feel like exercising today. But I feel guilty for taking two days off in a row! How often should I exercise??? Thanks! =)
ps. NO I do not strength train or do aerobics at all, and I have no interest to do anything except cardio at this point. Please don't say I should - this I am already aware of.

workout 5x a week...you wont lose weight..as long as you keep eating
