What does physically and mentally exactly mean?

I know physically has something to do with the body and mentally the mind, but if so, what do those mean?

Easy explanation along with some examples.

Thanks.

Your other prior answers have given you the "technical" definitions of the words. What it "means" is to become completely involved with whatever you are doing. The phrase is a colloquial expression, not literal.
