    You need your passport

Your wife and children will need passports and visas ...(unless the kids have US passports )

get the visas from the consulate in Nepal ..they may be denies as they will probably suspect immigrant intent

  • You have to file the form I-130, which is available at the USCIS website. When it will be approved, you will receive a notification and future instructions on obtaining a visa for your wife and kids.

Your wife cannot just come to the USA without a green card( if she already have one ) or visa.

Have registered the daughter yet ?

You need to sponsor the wife beforehand.
