There's a condition known as essential tumor Matthew. Check it out at http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/essential-tremor/... . I've had the same problem since I can remember, and my father before me. I'm not aware of a solution, but fatigue, stress, cold temperatures, and hunger seem to make the shaking worse. Large cups of coffee (as in my avatar ;-) containing caffeine can also make the shaking worse.

When you get nervous or anxious you shake. I shake a lot too, especially when I'm nervous, anxious, angry, or scared.

    Its completely normal. Just nerves.
