Why is my home's electrical central heat blowing cold air?

In my house the central heat (electric) blows out cold air. Sometimes, it blows out regular warm heat too???? So confused. Please help.

    It is probably warm air, but feels cool coming out (mine does that) but the temp of the house is what you should really be looking at. That is what my contractor friend told me.

    Earchie, Sounds to me that you have a "heating element" going out in your furnace. Call a couple local Heating and Air Companys and ask them what could be the problem. You might have one of them come out and look at it. That`s the cheapest way to fix your problem- call first and ask. A phone call doesn`t cost anything. But a service call will. Hopefully less than $100.00 to fix(parts plus labor). Hoped this helped solve your problem.
