Does anyone know of any good high school football novels?

A novel about the quarterback or high school football would be great. Something like the book Pop buy Gordon Korman. Thanks

    Crackback / John Coy.

Miles barely recalls when football was fun after being sidelined by a new coach, constantly criticized by his father, and pressured by his best friend to take performance-enhancing drugs.

Dairy queen : a novel / Catherine Gilbert Murdock.

After spending her summer running the family farm and training the quarterback for her school's rival football team, sixteen-year-old D.J. decides to go out for the sport herself, not anticipating the reactions of those around her

    Inexcusable / Chris Lynch.

High school senior and football player Keir sets out to enjoy himself on graduation night, but when he attempts to comfort a friend whose date has left her stranded, things go terribly wrong

Knights of the hill country / by Tim Tharp.

In his senior year, high school star linebacker Hampton Greene finally begins to think for himself and discovers that he might be interested in more than just football

And one that's not a novel, but a true story:

The Blind Side by Michael Lewis

A dying woman’s wish leads an abused 15-year-old from the streets of Memphis to a loving family, an education, and a professional football career

Yes. It takes much more arm muscle and endurance to flip around bars, tumble on a 4" beam, throw people 20 feet in the air, and be able to get yourself in the air long enough to do multiple flips with all kinds of twists and turns than it does to throw a ball. Throwing a ball works maybe a couple of different muscles, pretty much every gymnastics move works every muscle in the arm. And same with the leg muscles. The things that gymnasts do works all the different leg muscles, running only works a small percentage.
