Does anyone know of any good high school football novels?
A novel about the quarterback or high school football would be great. Something like the book Pop buy Gordon Korman. Thanks

Yes. It takes much more arm muscle and endurance to flip around bars, tumble on a 4" beam, throw people 20 feet in the air, and be able to get yourself in the air long enough to do multiple flips with all kinds of twists and turns than it does to throw a ball. Throwing a ball works maybe a couple of different muscles, pretty much every gymnastics move works every muscle in the arm. And same with the leg muscles. The things that gymnasts do works all the different leg muscles, running only works a small percentage.
