Wasps. Some wasps use paralysis to lay eggs inside another insect, these are called parasitoid wasps. But the two research papers below describe direct predation by paralysis from the wasp venom.

1: Paralysis caused by the venom of the wasp, Microbracon gelechiaestar,

    T. Pieka, W. Spanjera, K.D. Njioa, R.L. Veenendaala and P. Mantela

Journal of Insect Physiology Volume 20, Issue 11, November 1974, Pages 2307-2319

2: Digger wasp versus cricket: mechanisms underlying the total paralysis caused by the predator's venom.

there's a product called "After chew" that's specific for soothing insect bites. there is the possibility that it may be just about any insect. If it have been a wasp or bee, then you definately might have observed whilst it happened. yet hive bugs do no longer tend to chew or sting except they experience threatened. it can be a spider chew, too. All spiders are poisonous, yet in the northern hemisphere, the overwhelming majority are no longer risky to people. no rely if that's a spider chew, it would have in all hazard arise like a large pimple that could contain a greenish-yellowish puss. if that's the case, then pop the chew till you start to get blood. it is going to finally end up going away interior an afternoon or 2 after that.

  • No. A spider wasp will paralyze prey for a larvae to eat. Oh wait a hanging fly will paralyze prey like a spider or fly or something to mate with a female. So a select few insects will.
