Sony cybershot camera DSC-W370 problems?
Sony cybershot camera DSC-W370 screen shuts off and goes black everytime the camera is turned on. The screen turns on for about 2 seconds and then shuts off, same with when viewing the pictures on the camera itself. Does anyone know why this is happening? Please help.
PS the battery is fully charged
the lens do come out.

If the lens is stuck, it will do this. Does the lens come out? Sometimes the battery goes bad and won't charge up. Try the troubleshooting section of your manual. Download your manual from here.

they're the two useful, uncomplicated little digicams with fairly much comparable specifications. the sony fees somewhat better (although the photographs wont be any better effective). i've got have been given on no account enjoyed the style section of the sony T-sequence- with the sliding conceal, or the adherence to their proprietary reminiscence sticks. so- on those minor components, i'd desire to bypass with the Canon. till at last you similar to an inner lens format- then the Sony is for you. regardless of the shown actuality that- for that fee- which you will desire to to income the SD700IS or 800IS (for 28mm extensive perspective). the image stabilization may well be better sensible than the version between 6 and seven Mpix. Plus, you get a 4x zoom somewhat of a 3x. Or, for an indoor, social digicam, you will do better effective with a fuji F31fd. this is have been given 2-3 stops better effective low comfortable ordinary overall performance and 580 pictures from a fee on the battery. candy.
