You cant just go & request a test for lymphoma.

A doctor will physically assess you and run a battery of tests if he is suspicious lymphoma is present.

    Including a lymph node biopsy.

Unless you have no choice, you should probably see a doctor outside of the hospital first. If he/she agrees that lymphoma is possible, they will probably start by ordering a CBC (a blood test). If that doesn't rule out lymphoma they may look for more nodes using an ultrasound, an X-ray, or a CT scan, or they may just decide to do a biopsy of the largest node they can find. The biopsy will either find lymphoma or it will say the node is reactive, in which case you're fine.

Swollen lymph nodes are fairly common, especially in the neck. They're almost always harmless.

1 Start with a CBC to determine your white blood cell count High count=infection/cancer

2 Check for the symptoms of lymphomas: Night Sweats , Itching, Low grade fever, Joint aches, Back pains lower and more...

3 Do a biopsy of inflamed lymph node to confirm lymphoma and determine type.
