Doctors go back and forth on the hot/cold presses. Personally, what I find useful for myself, as well as my son after practices and workouts.... warm bath with Epson Salts! Read the label, that stuff is used for everything! If you don't want to bath in it (which you can) soak your feet in it, hands in it, put a rag in a bowl and drape it over your shoulders. Really, truly does work. If you have never seen it - they have it in the medicine aisle, also with plant food. It comes in a blue/white resealable bag. Looks like sea salt, and you dissolve it in hot water.
