What engine oil to use for 2004 renault megane 1.5dci?

The manual says ^only diesel engine standard ACEA B3/B4 oils' in the range 10W40 - 10W50 or 5W40 - 5W50 or 0W40.
You should not use 0W30, 5W30 or 10W30
