a question about the end of The departed?

the Dialogue between collin and costello at the end? was it suggesting that costello was his father? i mean the scene where Collin killed costello

    Costello was an informant. Which is a true story. His character was based on James Whitey Bulgar.

    No, Costello was not Colin Sullivan's father. But, Colin found out that Costello was a FBI informant and that Costello was going to get rid of Colin.

    Oh of course School Days. Havent actually seen the show but my cousin and little brother told me about it when they saw it and I had a reaction of both disgust and hilarity that I couldnt describe. It was funny but damn! I wanted to puke! hahaha I'm laughing just thinking about it.
