What to do with property after Temporary Restraining Order was served?

The temporary restraining order was served in Oct which included a move out order. The defendant was given 12 hours to get his belongings out of the residence. He took some of his stuff and left the rest of his property. He was never on the lease and is not on the lease nor did he ever pay rent. Its been over 30 days and he never made any attempt to get his stuff back. Does the property belong to the protected person? He was given 12 hours to take his stuff .. but I guess he chose not to.

I really would like an answer. I contacted sheriff's dept, the lawyers, police department, the court, and I have been given the run around and no one knows anything.

I want to make sure its within legal requirements.

I am in California.

Thank you!
