My combined lab grade is 75% of my final grade.

My combined test grade is 25% of my final grade.

I have a 98% in lab

I don't know what I have in tests.

What % do I need on tests to make a FINAL combined 100%?

    98% x 0.75 = 73.5%

    100% x 0.25 = 25%

    73.5% + 25% = 98.5%

    Therefore, the highest possible grade is 99%, when rounded up.

    Therefore, it is impossible to have a combined total of 100%.

    **Theoretically, if there is extra credit on the test, it may be possible, let's calculate this:

    x(0.25)+73.5% = <=99.5%

    x(0.25)= <=26%

    x = 1.04 x 100% = <=104%

    Therefore, you would need 104% if there was extra credit.
