Need answer and how did you get it?
My combined lab grade is 75% of my final grade.
My combined test grade is 25% of my final grade.
I have a 98% in lab
I don't know what I have in tests.
What % do I need on tests to make a FINAL combined 100%?

98% x 0.75 = 73.5%
100% x 0.25 = 25%
73.5% + 25% = 98.5%
Therefore, the highest possible grade is 99%, when rounded up.
Therefore, it is impossible to have a combined total of 100%.
**Theoretically, if there is extra credit on the test, it may be possible, let's calculate this:
x(0.25)+73.5% = <=99.5%
x = 1.04 x 100% = <=104%
Therefore, you would need 104% if there was extra credit.
