Do you think I went over my calorie limit?
I'm 16, 5'9, and weigh 143 pounds.
I usually eat about 1,840 calories or so. Today, I woke up and had a salad with a chicken finger broken up into it, and some 75 calorie dressing, two cups of brocolli, and then for a snack, I had 3 tablespoons of peanut butter. This all equaled about 583 calories.
Then later on, I ordered a toasted Chicken Parmasean Sandwhich.
I ESTIMATED that it was about 760 calories. But, I'm not sure.
Do you think it put me over 1,840? I ordered it from a place called Venice Pizzeria. It's not a widely known restaraunt, but yeah. What do you think?

you did not go over your limit, you actually may have 200-400 calories more to go. Oh, and stop worrying about calories. You are young. EAT! :)

If you think you went over just do a little bit more exercise to make up for it.
Dont be so anal about it. Your diet is good anyway.
