Can common rocks have sex?

    Well, rocks are inorganic. So there is no sex. No genes. No DNA.

    Rocks are just:

    1. crystallized magma = igneous

    2. eroded, deposited, cemented particles = sedimentary

    3. heated & recrystallized rocks = metamorphic

    Rock composition can change over time, but this isn't the same as sex as there is no genetic material, or exchanging of said material.
