Find the critical value z a/2 that corresponds to the given confidence level...80%

    If the confidence level is 80%, then the significance level is 0.20 and this is splitted into two regions since CI is always two tailed. Using table, find the corresponding z score for 0.1 or 0.9. Make the value positive and you'll get z a/2 = 1.28
