    We've been there for awhile.

    Ever notice all those monopolies and failing small businesses? Corporatism is at Americas doorstep.

    i think of that the government can play somewhat in seeing new technologies come to marketplace swifter including lifesaving drug or an option to a gas who's impacts value the government countless money. That purely is clever.

    We've been at that point for years.

    Farm subsidies, no-bid war contracts, bank bailouts, tax credit favoritism, industries lobbying to criminalize other industries, private prisons, carbon credits... the list goes on and on.

    Government and Big Business are the most corrupt institutions on earth.

    When Big govt and Big Business become friends - we the people are screwed.

    Yes. The stimulus bill, TARP, earmarks, Fed loans are all examples.
