Trying to find a computer please help?

Question

Looking for a computer that can play games like Heroes of Newerth and League of legends with around 40 fps at least. I also want to to multitask real easy like playing Heroes of Newerth while Microsoft word is open with Firefox with like 2 tabs of wiki without lag. If possible id really like it to be in the 0-800$ dollar range

Any decent computer with a modern cpu and graphics card with enough RAM will fit the bill.
