Why does French exist in Lebanon?
Why does the French language exist in Lebanon? I need to divide it into 3 ideas. Thanks

You cannot really divide it up
The answer is simple, after WWI, French colonized that region and implemented certain laws such as the president of Lebanon must be a Christian etc

Because Lebanon was once colonized by the French

Could you be clearer?
I'm not sure what you are hoping for in an answer. However, The Lebanese were heavily influenced by France because after WWI the UN "mandated" to the territories that are now Lebanon to France.
