Military service for FBI agents?
Is it possible to be a FBI special agent without prior military service?

The FBI does not require military service. It could certainly be an advantage, but not substantial enough for someone without the experience to overcome.

The FBI like another federal enterprise demands his or her brokers to have a bachelor's degree in any learn. Yes, up until recently military service was not important to the FBI. now since they have shifted more towards terrorism along with ICE/HSI on the JTTF, the FBI is hiring more Vets and rightfully so...
The FBI is very very diffiult so dont limit yourself to them if thats your goal in life. All 1811 gigs are hard to get but explore all of them to find the one that you will like best. ( ie, ICE, DEA, ATF, NCIS, OIG ect...
