Whether you feel hungry or not, you should eat at least three times a day. Small meals. Nutritious. Light fare. No pasta, sweet, spicy, or greasy. Continue to avoid coffee drinks, black tea, or dark sodas, and definitely no alcoholic stuff.
If you try to go all day without eating, your body will start kicking into conservation mode thinking you are starving and start depleting muscle and fat. Sure, losing the fat is good, but it is NOT good to force your body into conservation mode b/c you will find it getting harder and harder to diet when you need to. The more you starve the more your body conserves and pretty soon anything excess of absolute minimum will cause you to put on the pounds.
Eat light. Scrambled eggs, yogurt, chicken noodle soup. In another day or two start adding daily salads, fruit and cottage cheese. Broil chicken. No processed deli stuff for another week.
Remember to drink your eight glasses of water every day and get lots of sleep so you don't relapse.
